Retail Sales Assistant - Casual

Situated on Darby St, Cooks Hill - Hey Tilly is a new and exciting jewellery brand that is changing the way customers experience jewellery. We're on the hunt for a casual retail sales assistant

What you'll be doing

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience
  • Assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and processing sales transactions
  • Maintaining a visually appealing and well-organised store environment
  • Actively participating in sales and product training to enhance your product knowledge
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Providing support for inventory management and stock replenishment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well in a team environment
  • Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs and store requirements
  • Willingness to be in TikTok, Instagram reels and attend special events

This role is casual between 10-15 hours a week and will require weekend work.

Content and Influencer Marketing Coordinator - Casual

Situated on Darby St, Cooks Hill - Hey Tilly is a new and exciting jewellery brand that is changing the way customers experience jewellery. We're on the hunt for a casual content and influencer marketing coordinator, a perfect role for someone who is wanting hands on experience whilst studying. 

  • Ideate and assist in building content strategy to meet the needs of the brand
  • Maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule aligned with marketing campaigns and events
  • Generate ideas to grow each channel and execute these with excellence
  • Craft compelling and visually appealing content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, tailored to different social media platforms.
  • Encompass the 'voice of the brand' through storytelling on all social media assets
  • Editing all content for the needs of the business - social media reels, TikToks, stories, campaign launches etc
  • Plan, execute and coordinate the production of social media content shoots
  • Identifying, selecting and engaging influencers, content creators and brand ambassadors to work with, that capture what we want to express as a brand
  • Create briefs, approve content and set up a clear activation and content roll-out plan for influencer and UGC campaigns.
  • You are able to nurture and develop relationships with influencers or partnerships and act as the key point of contact across all social media marketing projects.
  • Brainstorm new, creative approaches to influencer campaigns.
  • Monitor and actively engage with our social media community, responding to comments and messages, and cultivating a positive brand image
  • Understanding social media performance and optimising our posts and shoot briefs based on what's performing well for the channel.
  • Generate and present regular reports on key social media metrics, such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates.
  • Conducting industry research of pop culture, social, TikTok and fashion trends and recommend new and innovative ideas to proactively manage how the brand can leverage this through our own content creation

This role is casual between 10-15 hours a week and flexible on what days you work during the work week. This role can be extended to more hours for the right candidate
